Fifty HanesBrands employees from Caribe San Isidro, Las Americas and other facilities recently spent more than 600 volunteer hours on the renovation of the Hogar Manos Divinas orphanage in the Dominican Republic. The center provides vital support for dozens of Dominican children in need and prepares them for adulthood. Through our Green for Good recycling program, Hanes contributed $55,000 toward a major remodeling of the orphanage, which included an improved kitchen and playroom as well as new closets, doors, lights, ceiling fans, mattresses, and railings on all exterior balconies.
