Employees at the HanesBrands Surin facility recently celebrated a makeover of the Jarookkwae School in the Prasart district of Thailand, where about one-third of our Surin employees live.
Our employees selected Jarookkwae because while it is well known for its teaching quality, the 43-year-old wooden building was unsafe and in need of renovations.

The backpacks were filled with school supplies such as pencils, notebooks, staples, glue, books, mini dictionaries, dental hygiene kits and vitamins.
